Fees and Insurance
In spite of the high costs of sophisticated equipment and highly trained personnel, we are pleased that we have been able to maintain our fees at acceptable levels.
- We request that co payments and deductible payments for office visits be paid at the time of service.
- Forms of Payment: We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards, MasterCard and VISA.
- We participate in many insurance plans such as: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Medicaid, among others. If you have any questions regarding our participation with your health plan, please contact your insurance company.
- Medicare: We do accept Medicare assignment and are participating physicians with Medicare.
- Financing: Financing options for cosmetic surgical procedures through Care Credit® are available, offering up to 100% financing, no prepayment penalty, no up front costs and no annual fees.
